what colour should I paint my kitchen cabinets?
If you are considering painting your kitchen cabinets because they either look shabby or dated, you can always go with a classic white. But if you wanted to do something just a little bit different, yet still classic, try one of these colours.
All colours listed are Benjamin Moore
Best Whites - Classic and, really, never goes out of style
Cloud White - OC-130 - warm and classic
Simply White - OC-117 - warm and slightly brighter than Cloud White
Chantilly Lace - OC-65 - freshest of these three with a touch of warmth
Best Greiges - Classic and oh so trendy right now
Classic Gray - OC-23 - Light enough to almost read as white but dark enough to stand out next to a pure white (my personal favourite)
Balboa Mist - OC-27 - slightly darker than Classic Gray with a beautiful warmth
Thunder - AF-685 - a deeper greige that feels creamy and not too dark
Best Blacks - Dark and moody
Black Iron - 2120-20 - A touch off-black but reads as black and has no undertone of any other colour
Baby Seal Black - 2119-30 - slightly lighter than Black Iron with a hint of blue undertone
Black Forest Green - PM-12 - as the colour name suggests - there is green in this black
Here are some images of great kitchens with some of the colours mentioned above.
