dust ruffles or bed skirts

In search of a dust ruffle for a King bed, I realize they don't come cheap. Well, they do but then they also look cheap.  I did come across the most beautiful one at Elte a while back, but it was $500, so I've been on the search elsewhere... naturally nothing compares now! Isn't that always the case? The look of a bed skirt or dust ruffle is a classic look. It also gives you the option of going with the manufacturer's sturdy box-spring for your base, which is an excellent choice since it also doesn't void any warranties. And it is quite romantic too, the way they drape onto the floor and add a sense of mystery and old world charm. I love them... all over again!
