When you are faced with a brand new home or condo, it is often seen as sterile or boring and perhaps lacks character. But there are many ways you can add the character that many find appealing in older homes. A new space has a lot going for it with all up to code wiring, properly sealed windows, working bathrooms and kitchen, a new roof... While I absolutely love older homes, and as I say, all of the character that comes with it, I also appreciate the benefits of new.
